Technology

















My favorite technological device are the headphones. When I was a kid, my parents gave me an mp3 because I loved listening to songs from La Oreja de Van Gogh and Bacilos blaring while my younger brother slept.
The first time I used them I felt that the music was only mine and nobody else, that for a moment the singers were only singing for me and from that minute. Every time I want to internalize my thoughts, I listen to music with headphones.
They are my faithful companions during the journey from the university to my home.
They are a complement in my life and in reality many of the thoughts and feelings that I have experienced throughout my life are linked in one way or another with the use of headphones.

    I love the way you feel the music, and Im agree with you when you say that they are a complement in your life because for me are important too!

    What about people without hearing aids? For me they are necessary for my happiness.

    PD: I like it too La Oreja de Van Gogh.

    I would sing LOVG songs, but I'm afraid of singing in spanish here... well...
    And you'll remember, the winter afternoons by Madrid, the whole nights without sleeping! Ok it is enough haha.
    I can't believe why I didn't think in my headphones as my favorite technological object: I carry them all day long! haha

A subject you've enjoyed studying this semester

My favorite subject during this year was "Television and education: the pedagogical role of the media" with one of my favorite teachers: Cristian Cabalin. In this course we learned to link communication and pedagogy, through the education delivered by the television programs that the audience watch. In our final work we analyzed the cartoon series "Diego and Glot" from the perspective of how this series influenced the education of children, adolescents and adults. The contents of the course were learning techniques for children, television programs of high audience and the role of television in the family. Although it was only 8 sessions, I loved all the learning I got, since this is the area in which I want to specialize as a journalist, educating people through the media. This work I did together with one of my best friends from the University, Andres and we had a lot of fun listening to the music of one of our favorite series, Amango....

A picture...

This photo was taken my graduation gala on  November 27 of 2015, in a very dizzy time of my life. I turned 18 the day before,also I had graduated from school, where I spent 12 years of my life and in two days more I had to give the PSU test, without knowing what to study. Despite of all this pressure, it was a wonderful night where I received all the love from the people that really matter to me, especially the two families that I have, I mean two families because I'm like a member of my best friend's family.
